Also, prepare garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder, each half a teaspoon. Last but not least, prepare three tablespoons of olive oil. You can also use vegetable oil or canola oil here because it will make your potatoes more delicious.
So, peel your potatoes and rinse with water, then dice them into cubes. Put the potatoes in a large bowl, then add the olive oil, toss to coat. Add salt, and followed by other seasonings, toss again. Next, spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake the potatoes for about 20 minutes at 400°F.
After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven, give the potatoes a quick stir, then broil for five minutes until golden brown. Last, sprinkle with minced parsley and serve with your favorite food.
You can also keep your leftover potatoes. Make sure they are completely cool first, then transfer the potatoes into an airtight container. Make sure your oven is hot if you want to get crispy potatoes. Besides, the length of roasting time and the size of the potato pieces also affect their crispness. So, if you want a crispier potato, bake them a little longer for about twenty-five minutes. But be careful because your potatoes can burn quickly, so watch closely. But if you want something tender, use a larger piece of potatoes.
