Ingredients.
- 3 cups of water, non-dairy milk.
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter.
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana, sliced (save a few for topping)
- Pinch of sea salt.
Cooking Directions.
- Prepare a pot, then add the oats, banana slices, chia, cinnamon, and sea salt to it. Then add water and mix well.
