Egg & Cheese Hash Browns Waffles Recipe

•    1/4 cup fresh chopped chives for garnishing.
•    Sour cream for serving.
•    Salt & pepper to taste.

Cooking Instructions.

  1. Prepare your waffle iron, then heat it over medium-high temperature. Use a non-stick spray to spray each side. If you don't have cooking spray, use a brush with melted butter.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk in a medium-sized bowl. Then add the potatoes, chives, cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to the egg mixture.
  3. Spoon your potato mixture and then spread it over each surface of the waffle. Cover the waffle iron and cook for five minutes. To avoid burning, be sure to check your waffles every minute.
