I've made this recipe several times, and it's delicious. So if you want to make Taco Bell as good as mine, prepare the following ingredients. First, prepare a pound of ground beef, eight large flour tortillas, and four tostada shells. They are the main ingredients of this recipe.

Next, prepare sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded Monterrey Jack, one cup each. Also, you need ground paprika and ground cumin, each half a teaspoon.

Besides, prepare kosher salt, ground black pepper, two cups of shredded lettuce, and a half cup of nacho cheese sauce. Lastly, prepare a teaspoon of chili powder and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Ingredients.

  • 1 lb. ground beef.
  • 8 large flour tortillas.
  • 4 tostada shells.
  • 2 cups of shredded lettuce.
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar.
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes.
  • 1 cup sour cream.
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack.
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika.
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder.
  • Freshly ground black pepper.
  • Kosher salt.

Instructions.

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the meat is browned. Once cooked, drain the meat fat.
  2. Prepare four of your large flour tortilla, then stack them. Place the shell of the tostada right in the center of the tortilla. Using a knife, cut on the edge of the tostada shell to get four smaller round tortillas.
  3. Prepare 4 remaining tortillas and add the ground beef to the center, one scoop each. Add the nacho cheese and cover with the tostada shell. Spread the sour cream over the tostada shell, followed by shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded Monterey Jack.
  4. Last, cover with a smaller flour tortilla. Fold the large flour tortillas into the center, covering the edges of the small flour tortilla. Quickly, flip your Crunchwraps so the pleats are on the bottom.
  5. Prepare a large skillet, add vegetable oil, and heat over medium heat. Place one of your Crunchwraps into the skillet with the seam side down. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until golden and repeat with the remaining of the Crunchwraps. Once cooked, cut them into two pieces and serve.

If you don't have ground beef, you can use ground turkey or shredded chicken in this recipe. Also, you can use taco seasoning instead of spices if you want.
