Ingredients.

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal.
  • 2 cups Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut.
  • 1-gallon vanilla ice cream.

Instructions.

  1. Prepare a 10-inch springform non-stick cake pan and a large mixing bowl, put both in the freezer to chill.
  2. Add the Nutella and Rice Krispies to a large saucepan, cook over low heat. Mix well until the Nutella coats the Rice Krispies, then remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment, then pour the mixture of Nutella and Rice Krispies on a baking sheet. Spread it evenly, then chill it in the freezer.
  4. While the cereal mixture is cooling, remove your vanilla ice cream from the freezer and place it in the fridge to soften it. Soft ice cream will make it easier when stirred with Nutella cereal.
  5. After half an hour, remove your coated cereal from the freezer. To keep your cereal firm and cold but not frozen, cut it into bite-sized pieces using a knife and fork to hold. If your ice cream hasn't melted, put your Nutella cereal back in the freezer.
  6. When your ice cream becomes soft (not runny), remove the pieces of Nutella cereal, springform pan, and large bowl from the freezer. Reserve two cups of Nutella cereal mixture to cover the cake.
  7. Pour the ice cream and the remaining of your Nutella cereal into a large bowl, toss to coat. Spread the cookie dough into a springform pan. Flatten dan pack the mixture perfectly, then top with a reserve of Nutella cereals.
  8. Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap, then freeze overnight or at least 6 hours in the freezer.
  9. Remove your Nutella cake from the freezer half an hour before serving, then put it back in the fridge for a few minutes to soften.
  10. When everything is ready, place your Nutella cake on a plate. Remove the sides of the springform pan, cut the cake and serve.
