Now spread the peanut butter on the banana slices, then top with the other banana slices. Place the bites on a prepared baking sheet, then repeat this step until all your banana slices are used. Next, put the bites in the freezer until hardened a bit.

The next step, prepare the microwave bowl and dark chocolate. Put the dark chocolate in a bowl followed by coconut oil. Melt together in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring, then melt again with the microwave until your chocolate melts perfectly.

Once your bites have hardened, take and dip half of each bite into the melted chocolate, then place it back on a baking sheet. Continue this step until all the frozen bananas have been dipped. Store them back in the freezer for 15 minutes until hardened again.

To keep your bites frozen, prepare two platters or baking sheets as you will produce about thirty bites. So you can take one baking sheet out of the freezer at a time to dip instead of removing all the frozen bananas at once.
