How to Make Instant Pot Creamy Tomato Pasta.
So prepare the ingredients first. Here you have to prepare Penne pasta or any type, about 8 ounces. Then the chicken broth and heavy cream, 1 1/4 cups each. Next, prepare 1 cup of your favorite pasta sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. For the last ingredient, prepare the garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning, each about 1/2 teaspoon.
To begin, prepare your pressure cooker. Place the liner in it, then add your noodles. Next, add the heavy cream and chicken broth. Here, make sure your noodles are under the liquid.
Next step, add pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Close your pressure cooker, then set the valve to seal. Set to cook for five minutes by pressing the manual (high-pressure) cook button.
After five minutes, the timer goes off. So carefully open the valve for quick release (QR). Next, stir the noodles until everything is mixed, then transfer them to a plate. Top with shredded cheese and serve. Now, it's your turn to do it at home!
For best results, you can use gluten-free noodles because they have a better texture. In addition, if you keep the rest of these noodles in the fridge, they will thicken. So before you enjoy it, heat the noodles first over low heat. Also, you can add a little heavy cream or broth when reheated because your noodles absorb a lot of liquid. But the taste won't be as good as when it was first made.So if you like this tomato pasta recipe, you might also like this Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken Thighs or Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta Recipe.
